Middleton Environmental has been providing clients with Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), services for well over 30 years. The objective of a Phase I ESA is to determine any potential environmental problems that may have an adverse effect on the subject site. Should no problems be encountered, no further subsurface testing will be required.

If, and we mean if, your Phase I ESA reveals a need for a Phase II assessment, we’ve got you covered. Our sister company, Castleton Environmental can take it from there.
